This website is operated by Innovative Tech Authority (ITA Group LLC). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, including our VOLA chat assistant, and how we use it.
Contact and request forms. When you submit a form or request a consultation, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and a description of your needs.
VOLA chat assistant. When you use the chat, we process the messages you send so the assistant can reply. Your contact details are only submitted to us as an inquiry if you choose to share them and confirm that you want them sent.
Technical information. To protect the service from abuse we record limited technical data, such as a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser type. Your browser also stores a random chat identifier so an active conversation is not lost if you refresh the page.
Billing. If you pay an invoice, payment details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
VOLA is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Its answers may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Pricing, timelines and estimates it gives are general guidance only and must be confirmed by Innovative Tech Authority. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Chat messages are processed by AI service providers we use to generate replies.
We use your information to answer your questions, respond to your requests, prepare quotes, provide our services, send invoices and protect our website from misuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Chat conversations stop being shown to you after 24 hours of inactivity and are deleted from our systems after 90 days, unless you submitted an inquiry through the chat. Submitted inquiries and customer records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations.
You can start a new chat at any time, which clears the conversation shown in your browser. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@itagroup.dev.
